- All our products are custom made just for you. That is why there might be slight differences between the photo and your product.
- If you are not satisfied with the product you received, or there is a mistake, you must inform us within 5 business days from the day you received your order.
- Returns and changes cannot be made in personalized items, in boxes/kits, in underwear and in swimsuits.
- Return costs will be paid by the customer, unless our company has made the mistake.
- In cases of returned products, you can get your money back, or you can buy something else within 3 months from the day of return.

You email us the following informatio:
- Order Number
- First and last name
- The product you want to return
- The product you want to exchange it with
The new product will be shipped in 1-2 business days after we confirm receipt of your email. When you receive your new product you will give the courier the product you want to return.
Exchange costs with bank transfer are 5€ (within Attica) and 8€ (outside of Attica).
Exchange costs with payment to the courier are 7,50€ (within Attica) και 10,50€ (outside of Attica).
If there is a price difference between the product you want to return and the new product, exchange costs will be calculated accordingly.
// Cancellations //
In case you changed your mind about your order and you want to cancel or change it, you can do it within 6 hours after you placed it. You can cancel or change it by email or phone (+30 215 5409274 10am-6pm).
Orders that are pending for a bank deposit, will be cancelled after 20 calendar days.
