17. Order Delay

18. Product returned/replaced with charge of wedshop.gr

In case they are not returned, during the above mentioned period of time (5 days), then wedshop.gr has the right not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement. In all cases the return of the product to be replaced must be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (Retail Receipt) and its complete packaging. The way of returning the products and their replacement will be agreed through email between the user / customer and wedshop.gr. The above does not apply to products that are personalized and in which no changes are made, unless an error has been made by wedshop.gr.
